• Recruitment and selection of IT professionals, conducting the entire process for different areas and seniorities, from profile alignment and job description, assessing candidates, conducting interviews, mapping candidate profiles, preparing interview documents, to support stakeholders in selecting the most suitable professional.

• HR compliance;• Payroll functions and reports, providing information for payroll calculation, making sure the reports are updated and accurate;• General support in talent acquisition, admission and onboarding processes;• Management of general benefits (food and transportation tickets, health insurance);• Daily support for employees, answering HR related queries and helping with general staff needs;• Employee files management, maintaining physical and electronic personnel files/records from hiring to termination;• Support to the managers in monthly billing management and issuing proposals for the allocation of IT professionals;• Draft of contracts for service providers.
