In my role I worked with many different departments no limited to the Billing Team, Commercial Engineers, Construction Coordinators ,Tech ops of Texas Louisiana and Arkansas. Aside from my concierge role I also stood in for project management in some regions to verify upcoming fiber and or coax builds were meeting target dates for the projected install date(s) and keep the customer(s) updated. Attended weekly project conference calls and lead a fiber project call with Sales Engineers weekly to determine upcoming install dates and turn up dates for fiber customers. Ensured that when an upgrade or renewal was requested that upon updating the coding and pricing, I made contact with the customer to verify the best time to complete work order and power cycle modems. Once work order was completed I monitored the internet levels via BBX and made sure the customer was back online with levels in spec. If there were issues along the way or at anytime customer would reach out to me to schedule a technician to repair services. Processed payments for new builds, passed due accounts and current balances. Processed invoices, discussed billing matters.
