• Contribute to NTFB’s annual fundraising goal by managing a portfolio of individual and corporate donors whose donations stem from marketing and cause marketing efforts.• Strategically develop and oversee the execution of a portfolio of promotions, community events, and campaigns.• Create, execute, and track donor activity in RENXT for a portfolio of 100+ individual and corporation lead campaigns.• Support the Food Bank’s advertising and general marketing efforts.• Develop strategy and implement NTFB’s social media influencer program.

• Create, plan, develop and manage promotions, campaigns, special events, cause marketing efforts, and other special projects with a total fundraising goal of 3.5M• Lead the team to produce three signature marketing/branding events that elevate the name and mission, raise funds and bring new donors and contacts to the Food Bank • Work with the Corporate team to create relevant sponsorship opportunities for Food Bank signature events• Propose, manage and maintain accountability for marketing and events budget, including monthly reports and forecasts of income and expenses; understand and effectively communicate expense and revenue status of individual events, campaigns, promotions and cause-marketing efforts to marketing and events staff• Work with senior director of marketing and communications to hire, train, supervise, develop, motivate and manage marketing and events staff

• Maintain effective measurements of marketing activities by accurately capturing and reporting expenses, revenues, relationships and in-kind donations associated with assigned promotions, community events, campaigns and cause-marketing efforts. • Contribute new ideas and concepts for events, campaigns, and cause-marketing efforts to generate additional revenue, increase awareness and brand visibility, and incorporate elements that elevate brand experience.• Develop and maintain relationships with event and volunteer partners• Maintain tracking of events, campaigns, cause-marketing efforts and vendor/partner relationships using databases.

• Build brand awareness and drive new traffic through speaking engagements and panels.• Organize and oversee all programmatic events with participants.• Develop training material and facilitate leadership training specific to volunteer roles within Best Buddies.• Attend events to discuss opportunities to deepen Best Buddies’ impact on the DFW community.• Obtain impact stories to utilize on social media and for donor based relations.• Maintain and build new relationships with school districts, fellow non-profits, and community partners.• Responsible for identification and development of fundraising opportunities and partnerships.• Manage Junior Advisory board and ensure engagement with fundraisers, buddy events, and new member outreach. • Evaluate and track engagements of chapters and public speaking opportunities.• Completing letters of intent and grants while navigating Best Buddies fundraising software.

• Managed all day-to-day operations of 21 school-based chapters and provide ongoing support to a total of 1200 volunteers.• Assisted with the development and implementation of trainings and event programing for chapters.• Planned, managed budget, and executed Best Buddies Winter Formal, a 1000 person event for typically developing individuals and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. • Aided in the 2018 Friendship Walk with a met goal of $102,000, making it the most successful walk to date.• Managed run of show and over 50 volunteers for a 1,500 person walk. • Managed DFW Best Buddies social media including Facebook and Instagram.
