Head freshmen/assistant varsity women's basketball coach. Implementing drills and skills to high school athletes and helping assist the head coach in game and practice preparation. Work with younger athletes during skills camps throughout the year.-Plan and implement drills and skills through practices-Help prepare practices and game situations-Plan and implement skill development for younger athletes in yearly camps-Motivational and inspirational leader and role model for high school athletes-In charge of 20-25 females in any given season -Assist the head coach in varsity games and team practices-Help organize fundraisers to earn money towards team camps each summer

Employability job coach for younger-older adults with mental/developmental disabilities. We work in businesses around the Des Moines and help our clients gain job skills, socialization skills and independence.-Organize and implement vocational skills to a group of adults on a daily basis-Job coach individuals at different area businesses on job tasks-Document services given in accordance to Medicaid-File and order bus passes for Employability each month-Take part in team meetings on a bi-weekly basis to keep team on the same page-Flexible as far as daily schedule, clients need to be switched, numbers of clients taken, etc.
