As External Relations Manager my responsibilites involve; establishing new and maintaing existing relationships with Corporate partners, donor partners and NGO partners; establish new and maintain existing relationships with further educational facilities, vocational training centres and short-term course providers for the Baale Mane girls; promote Baale Mane and the principles that we follow to the wider community in Bangalore; act as the principal contact between The Friends of Baale Mane (UK) and the Baale Mane Trust (India); support the Baale Mane girls as they transition from the home to independent living and; regularly update social media and other media platforms on communication from Baale Mane.

As Community Liason Officer in Residential Care my responsibilites involved; provideing care to meet the needs and other requirements of a young person in a critical care environment; developing and implementing strategies to engage young persons in appropriate community services; planing and monitoring behavior management strategies to maintain the health and safety of the young person; effective team work and decision making skills in a stressful environment and; formal report writing for the use of the employer and Government organizations.

As a Mentor my responsibilities included; building and maintaining a trusting rapport with a young person in foster care; providing consistent support for a young person in foster care; planing, developing and monitoring activities to improve a young person’s independent living skills; providing assistance, advice and advocating for a young person as necessary and; formal report writing for the use of the employer and Government organizations.
