As Associate Program director I supervise housemanagers of three homes, do training/staff meetings and time. I also ensure that my staff bwork with myself and the team to provide adequate care for the residents. As QIDP I provide case management for three houses of ICF residents which includes assessing individuals, coordinating and planning their care and active treatment, promoting independence, and advocating. The QIDP is the hub for parents, residents, and medical staff to communicate with and coordinate care.

Supervised a unit of service coordinators that coorsinated services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their providers. Also had a caseload and provided service coordination to those clients as well.
