Danielle Grant is a bi-coastal communications professional specializing in the arts and culture. Danielle’s career in the world of marketing, brand development and story-telling began in 2000 while working in special events management in the Napa Valley for some of the world’s most recognizable wine labels and restaurants.Danielle has worked in the world of contemporary fine art for four years, first as the assistant director of a conceptual fine art gallery in downtown San Francisco and and then as the Managing Director and Co-founder of A&O PR. Over the course of the past four years, Danielle has worked with 20 galleries and non-profits, over 50 contemporary art exhibitions and with more than 80 artists in capacities including but not limited to PR, marketing, strategic planning, exhibition management, art fair organization, curatorial projects, writing assistance, community building and outreach, branding, and social media strategy.Danielle continues to diversify her work experience by taking on projects with businesses and non-profits such as Calistoga Cellars, Unity Technologies and The Ohlone Profiles Project. Her writing has appeared in Juxtapoz Art and Culture magazine and SOMA magazine. She is a regular contributor of art world insight to the Argot + Ochre blog. Danielle received her BA in Art History from San Francisco State University.
