I am a huge people person and have spent my whole job life ensuring people get the best costumer service. I started out as a server when I was 16 years old and kept that job until I was 22. Currently, I work for Costco Wholesale as a return/membership clerk and have been employed with them since November of 2017. I love working in the membership department because I absolutely love to meet new people. What better place to meet new people than at the front of the store!Skills used in membership: Great communication skills, detailed work, sales, and people skills.Skills used at refunds: knowledge of our AS400 system, communication skills, knowledge of all products in store, fast pace, efficient, and great organization skills.While I am not at work or writing papers for school, I come home to the craziest and most loveable 8 year old Australian Shepheard who keeps me on my toes every single day. She is not only a high energy dog, but she unfortunately deals with high anxiety too. keeping her comfortable while being a busy woman can be hard at times but I make it work!Skills I have acquired through school: better organizational skills, time management, how to work in teams more efficiently, slight knowledge in SPSS, SONA (recruiting website/participant pool), Qualtrics, Microsoft office, and better writing skills.
