Responsible for all external marketing including: overseeing development of press releases, promotional merchandise, conference and presentation materials, digital and social media marketing. Sales duties include coverage of largest volume clients, pitching potential new clients and taking them through onboarding process through new user training and trade generation. Grow user base with existing clients and diversify product usage with existing users. Utilize industry derivatives knowledge to assist with product development by consulting on features requested by client base, identify trends in the market to create new product features.

Fixed Income Sales: Covered hedge fund accounts, some brokers and dealers in US rates product (swap, vol, treasury).Agency bond sales: Covered regional dealer network in addition to real money accounts. Treasury bond, USD interest rate swaps, CDX and SSA products included in day to day coverage. Assisted in covering major NY-based hedge fund and bank accounts on institutional sales desk. Products include AUD, NZD, JPY, CHF, GBP, EUR and CAD rates, corporate bonds, supranational and agency bonds, as well as USD govt bonds and rates products.Interbank Sales: Created a cost-saving interbank role for the New York interest rate derivatives trading desk at Credit Suisse to trade direct among other wall street banks in a hedging capacity. This saves Credit Suisse and its counterparties on brokerage fees. Involves extensive communication and network building with other wall street banks to trade direct, and sales tools such as entertainment and conferences.

January 2010 - June 2010: Generalist Sales Assistant - back up senior sales staff in trade execution and customer inquiries, assist in new deal issuances, booking trades and facilitating smooth trade settlement. (Fixed Income Generalist Sales at JPMorgan services mid-sized clients in all Fixed Income cash products: Agency, Govt, MBS, ABS, Corp and CP).Migrated Bear Stearns' mortgage derivatives business over to JPMorgan platform, built new middle office for this product and managed thru December '09.

MBS Controllers, March 05 - August 06. Mortgage Derivatives Middle Office, September 06 through JPMorgan aquisition. Migrated portfolio to JPMorgan within months of merger.

Hedged company's mortgage loan pipeline, priced rate sheet, bid packages to street, developed new reporting for capital markets department including P&L report, locked loan reporting, and variance reports.
