     Assess Garment designs during pre-market meetings to determine proper vendor allocation based on styling, price and lead time.  Negotiate, allocate and place all production orders within a timely manner to ensure customer delivery needs are met. o Heavy price negotiation with overseas factory to ensure company IMU is met. o Fabric research/lower price alternatives for costing purposes o Classification for customs compliance.  Overseas lab dip, strike off and bulk approval process.
