As a successful Client Operations Analyst I’m responsible for implementing and overseeing high quality medical underwriting services for group insurance clients. I’m responsible for the project management of client implementations, technology upgrades, process improvements, overseeing ongoing medical underwriting services and processes, consulting on system and process integrations for the medical underwriting business need and coordination of customized client business processes with internal and external vendor coordination.

Managed the medical underwriting testing process for for new client implementations, existing client technology change projects, and third party benefit platform changes. These processes included incoming EOI notification files, outgoing decision files, SSO and Web Service testing. Responsible for finding solutions to client and applicant EOI processing needs and special requests. Reviewed both incoming and outgoing production files for accurate data mapping.

Responsible for reviewing client EOI notification files to determine validity of data to support file processing.Performed routine file audits and worked directly with clients and third party administrators to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Managed the coding and processing of EOl applications and resolved any decision reporting discrepancies.
