I know they say things don't usually fall right in your lap but for me 1 year ago, my dream job did. I was originally working in a call center setting and really struggling to find something I truly enjoyed. Then I came across a position as a Recruiter and I fell in love with it on day one ! I knew I enjoyed interacting with people face to face, but what I enjoy even more is helping people find what they love to do and helping them join a company that truly cares about their employees. Somewhere they will get full support and guidance.My goal is to help as many people as I can join a company that provides them unlimited opportunities for growth and development, great benefits to support themselves and their family, and most importantly provides them with a team oriented work environment. I love my job as a Recruiter and I can finally say that I enjoy going to work everyday because it allows me to change the lives of others. My job is more than a check to me, it's more about helping people find career opportunities they have always wished for.
