My passion is challenging the status quo. I want to not just understand what the process is, but understand why that process is in place. In understanding why that process is in place, we are able to determine if it truly is the best practice. This is the mindset I bring to day to day tasks as well as new initiatives. There is no right or wrong way to complete a task, there is simply what serves my companies client base in the best possible way. To determine the root of the requirement, analysis on why this is a requirement and who it actually benefits is required.I not only conduct requirement gathering, but ensure the team I work with on new initiatives is staying to the timeline. Ensuring the team I work with is connected and able to complete tasks is of huge importance to myself. If my team ever feels they aren't able to come to me with their wins or losses, or to ask me questions, I know I am not fully fulfilling my role.
