Current• Consult and strategize with hiring managers regarding hiring plans for multiple job levels including frontline hourly positions all the way up to managing director• Organize and manage large-scale hiring events for high-volume hiring of frontline hourly positions which successfully yielded hundreds of hires annually• Conduct presentations for candidates at hiring events regarding company and position details and benefits• Guide hiring managers and candidates through the various stages of the hiring process• Conduct pre-screening of candidates via phone or video; Conduct in-person interviews• Present successful candidates with job offers after review of compensation and market data• Represent United at career events (Women in Aviation, Military/Veteran career fairs, etc.)• Provide interview skills training to hiring leaders; Provide resume and interview training for employees• Train and mentor new team members and those taking on new responsibilities• Train and partner with vendor employees from an RPO whom assist United with hiring certain positions• Support Legal Team with discrimination litigation including a deposition for which the case was dismissed• Participate on project teams related to process enhancements and testing new and upgraded systems
