Collect all underwriting conditions from start to finish. Field all bor- rower’s question’s from start to finish of loan. Assist in pricing of loans. Request rate locks. Communicate with agents, title and escrow and other third parties as needed. Manage lead tracker, update and review leads with LO and follow up when necessary. Assist in managing a pipeline of 19-25 escrows. Attend final loan document signing to field any borrower questions.
