This job role involved travelling to a variety of schools setting up and packing away of the stalls. Communicating directly with children from primary to secondary age and their parents. Handling money and till work was a daily occurrence, whilst organising orders and telephoning customers. Knowledge of all uniforms within the store and online with all their components from sports socks, to ties and blazers, with no room for error!

This job required me to be very flexible and capable of communicating with an array of customers appropriately, particularly when they were not entirely happy with their meals or service they had received. Therefore, the ability to think of alternatives and/or solutions was essential. No two days were the same when working within this environment, there were days in which there was a constant demand for efficiency and speed, whilst delivering the level of service required and expected. This job role centered on working as a team in order to achieve a successful end product, from the chef in the kitchen to the front of house staff. As a result, I’m not a stranger to working within a team of people and independently.
