I've been in management for over 10 years. I have led multiple teams and have taken on many different roles, managing up to $13.7 million dollars. I have received multiple awards for my increase in business. In 2016 was awarded department manager of the quarter. In 2011 I was the assistant manager for the store opening of Nordstrom Rack. I helped support my department manager in building the store as well as training the team. We had a 22% increase that opening year. I have promoted 13 employees in my leaderships roles. Coached 3 employees to winning Customer Service All Star, the highest award the company has to offer. I communicate with different buyers and designer teams to make sure I have to right product for successful business.
