As a Global Learning and Development Administrator at Cambridge Consultants, I play a key role in supporting the training and development of our staff, especially in our busy laboratories. I communicate efficiently with line managers, trainers, delegates, and supporting staff, and handle the daily management of the department's inbox. Additionally, I assist new starters in their onboarding process, ensuring they receive the correct training and guidance. I have a solid background in handling expense forms, organizational skills, and effective time management.Content creation and communication has also been another key part of my role allowing myself to create compelling and interactive learning for the wider business. Creating new eLearnings and visuals to ensure they are engaging, promoting and have a focus on UX to ensure our learners can excel in their roles.I also take care of and organize new and upcoming training, and hold responsibility for the health and safety of the labs. I have a First Aid certification issued by the British Red Cross, and I apply my skills in case of any emergencies.
