I have spent many years crafting expertise within a wide range of experience managing people, events, and leading groups. I enjoy utilizing my background in events and project management alongside my knowledge in mental health, communication and social sciences. Working alongside many different people in community mental health programs to students in graduate/post-graduate programs has allowed me to hone in to a lot of different skills that I believe aid in my strengths in working alongside many people. I have enjoyed leading dialectical behavioral therapy groups, narrative therapy groups, and creating my own therapeutic groups crafted around a need. I love surveying a team or project and crafting it to the individual or individual company. I believe I add a certain level of creativity and unique opportunity for branding to each company I have worked for.
