Triumph Youth Services is a residential treatment center for teen boys with a fully accredited, non-profit Jr./Sr. High School, Triumph Academy. Triumph is team centered in all areas of the organization from administration to clinical treatment and education. The Q&C Manager works closely with the executive, as well as with the administrative and treatment teams, on current goals. The position leads program accreditation and supports the President and Vice President in all areas of operation.As Quality & Compliance Manager I work to constantly improve business operations and staff relations. I updated all staff trainings and created an online training portal for staff. I help write and update policies and manuals as needed based on new laws and accreditation requirements. I handle oversight and quality control and am responsible for helping prepare the company for CARF accreditation. I do other administrative tasks and help the team where and as needed.
