- As an Account Manager, administrate management of client’s online forum communities and social media channels, encouraging positive community interaction
- Utilise various community and social management systems including Spredfast, Hootsuite, Emplifi, Khoros etc.
- Research community discussion content, and draft content/posts on behalf of clients
- Growing client’s communities through identification and engagement with community influencers
