My key responsibilities include recruitment, staff onboarding, executing the annual 360 survey, creating personal and professional development opportunities, managing for wellbeing and playing a weekly game of roster Tetris for our flexible and wholly distributed team.During my freshman year in this role, I helped launch the inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Survey, established a new EAP provider and collected our third consecutive nomination for the B&T Awards People & Culture trophy.
