My passion for the future of work and fostering connection has turned towards Quiip's own team, becoming the company's first People & Culture Director. My key responsibilities include recruitment, staff onboarding, executing the annual 360 survey, creating personal and professional development opportunities, managing for wellbeing and playing a weekly game of roster Tetris for our flexible and wholly distributed team.During my freshman year in this role, I helped launch the inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Survey, established a new EAP provider and collected our third consecutive nomination for the B&T Awards People & Culture trophy.

I specialise in managing sensitive and high-risk online spaces, particularly health-focused peer support forums and social media campaigns. I helped launch NSW Health’s Play Safe online forums, developed strategies for BeyondBlue and the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation, and lead teams on ReachOut, SANE and Movember.
