Danielle Shields is a passionate, high-performing colleague who has established a proven track record of excellence, innovation, and strong performance across sales leadership and marketing roles held. In her current HCP Marketing/Professional Relations Director role, she currently leads the peer-to-peer strategy and tactical execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) Influencers (key and digital) in the space of COVID-19 treatment. Danielle's diverse responsibilities have afforded her leadership opportunities in the following areas: advisory boards, creative/med ed agency partnerships, podcasts, HCP social media social listening, omnichannel/media, speaker bureau, webinars, virtual broadcasts, and more. In addition to above, she serves as a liaison to US/Global Leadership, Marketing, Medical, and critical functions throughout the organization. As a six-time VPC/Summit/Premier Winner (Hall of Famer) she welcomes the challenge of maintaining strong engagement while proposing innovative ideas to overcome market challenges - ultimately both have continued to drive sales resulting in strong performance for the NYC Institutional Sales District and Pfizer overall.As an Institutional Sales Business Manager, Danielle has lead a diverse, high-performing team of nine Hospital Senior Territory Managers covering more than 100 hospitals throughout the NY Metro/Long Island/S. Westchester/South NJ Regions (ie. NYU, Health and Hospitals Corporation H&H, Northwell, NYPresby IDNs, Atlanticare, and more.) Not only does Danielle's role entail account management, colleague development, driving sales, and appropriately advocating improving formulary status across her District, but she continues to do so in a strategic and compliant manner.Danielle's passion is for People first, followed by demonstrating strong performance keeping Pfizer Values of Courage, Excellence, Equity, and Joy at the forefront.
