Passionate about management and transformational leadership, through coaching, mentoring and supporting. Now working as a Network Support Manager at Anglian Water. A Programme Tutor role within the Management and Professional Team at West Suffolk College. I have delivered Team Leading, Operational Management and Business Administration qualifications to apprentices in the workplace. Working via Teams aswell as out in the workplaces of apprentices across East Anglia.I am educated to Level 6 and have studied Business Management, including strategic management, finance and finiacial reporting, change management, ethics, law and people management, and HR and hold qualifications in English, Maths, Business Administration, Customer Service, Leadership and Management. I have a level 3 qualification in Assessing Competencies in the workplace (A1) and Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance. Aswell as management apprenticeship I also have experience in working on Customer Service, ACCA Accounting Professional, and Coaching apprenticeships.I am passionate about leadership, change and developing both myself and others.
