I manage all aspects of the second-chance employment sales process:-Communicate with prospect clients to determine if second-chance employment is a good fit for their hiring needs-Present to human resources teams about the benefits of second-chance employment and how it can benefit the company’s bottom line-Leverage my experience as a former Dept. of Corrections associate to answer prospective client questions about prison reentry and how they can rethink their hiring process to include formerly incarcerated men and women

-Trained formerly incarcerated individuals (returning citizens) on all aspects of job readiness: resume building, soft skills training, job etiquette, money management -Met with employers and proposed employment partnerships with the Dept. of Corrections to hire men and women with felony convictions -Performed employer job site visits to ensure satisfactory job performance by returning citizens
