I am the Finance/ Human Resources Manager of a group of companies that consist of 5 retail stores employing in the region of 80 employees. I am driven by the prospect of streamlining processes and incorporating new systems. I have initiated new paperless and payroll processes for the businesses I manage which has saved both time and money. Currently I am undertaking my Diploma in Human Resources with a strong interest in the training and development of employees.In extension of completing a Certificate IV in Accounting I am registered BAS agent and Xero partner. Along with my fulltime position I currently operate a Bookkeeping business that services various types of businesses, proving that I can build strong professional relationships and deliver various services to suit their business structure.In 2020 I entered into a partnership acquiring a café which has allowed me to utilise my interest in critical analysis and business strategy. Whilst he operates the business, I oversee the finances and accounts ensuring that the café continues to be profitable. My well-rounded skillset and experience allow me to adapt to different situations that arise within a professional setting, demonstrating that I am a valuable team member and supportive leader.
