I would have to call members who has recently signed up for health insurance that either needed to verify information and complete health assessments or who needed to schedule doctors appointments as soon as possible. I wouldn't say it's harder to deal with customers over the phone but it's very much a challenge because some customers be mad and they don't want you to call at a certain time and they take things out on you. They hang up without letting you help them resolve their issues. I most definitely handled angry customers very well. I try to make sure every customer hung up with a smile and satisfied. Some customers just hang up on you and you could've done everything right. I have learned to be patient and to always listen. Every customer wants to be heard. And even though we are not face to face they can hear a smile and happiness through the way you speak.

Working in electronics, you have to know your technology. Everyday you would never know what you were going to have to sell. I greeted customers and always smiled. I had to Make sure they got the best opportunity of having great customer service. Whether they bought the item they were looking for or had questions about it. If I couldn't answer it I made sure to get back with them with an answer To ensure customer satisfaction.

Customers would often come in looking for something specific and I would do my best to help the find either exactly what they are looking for or something much close.
