I am a veteran educator to all ages, teaching consultant, and skilled facilitator and presenter. Human development and growth are my greatest passions and interests.  In my yoga therapy work, I special in the integration of embodiment and somatic awareness into the 12 Step process of recovery.

As the creator of 8 Limbs for 12 Steps, a 16-week course integrating embodiment to the 12 Step process, I work with clients individually and in groups supporting their recovery process. I approach addiction as a universal human condition that can express itself over a wide spectrum of behaviors. Developing personal somatic awareness skills creates the opportunity for the full integration of yourself which then provides opportunities for transformational change.

Mentored yoga therapy students in PRYT's yoga therapy program. Consulted with students on their developing skills, the formation of their area of specialty, and their establishment of themselves as professionals in their community.Presented coursework and facilitated learning during residential trainings.

Training teachers and parents on using music, movement, and mindfulness to enhance learning in the everyday classroom and at home.Created and implemented Music Curriculums for students from infancy through adolescents.
