I assisted Loan Processors and Loan Originators with various tasks during the loan approval process for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans. I was responsible for obtaining order-out items such as appraisals, title reports, verifications of employment, and tax transcripts. I trained incoming assistants on ordering-out and reviewing property related documents. I notified borrowers of additional documentation/information needed from them to get their loan approved. I assisted Loan Originators to grow their business by updating their database and putting together informational material they use for marketing purposes.

Shoreline, Wa

Through the UW Restoration Ecology Network, my team designed and implemented a restoration project on Richmond Beach Saltwater Park. The restoration project's goals were to remove invasive species such as Himalayan blackberry and Scotch broom, reduce slope erosion using bioengineering techniques, and plant vegetation native to Puget Sound coastal bluff ecosystems. We gathered volunteers and donations for our volunteer work parties from February-April 2013.

Through in-home demonstrations, I informed my customers about Cutco Cutlery, and was successful in selling the product. I reached $26,000 in sales within 1 year with the company. I lead training classes to new sales representatives on selling techniques. I gathered referrals from previous customers.
