Doctoral Practicum Student
Current+Part-time work at the BPS Central Office and a K-8 school+Assist with teacher/staff consultation and collaboration, school-wide positive behavior interventions and supports (SWPBIS), Student Success Teams, Culture and Climate meetings, and other Tier II and III interventions+Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students referred for special education+Facilitate social-emotional learning (SEL) programming for students (Second Step) +Participate in SEL and intervention team meetings +Maintain student academic, social-emotional, and behavioral data to supplement data-based decisions for student interventions and supports+Facilitate student school counseling sessions +Facilitate Tier II social-emotional skills groups +Foster skills in consultation and collaboration, student counseling, data-based decision making, assessment report writing, cognitive/academic/social-emotional behavioral assessment administration+Provide systems level support at the district leve
