I am currently pursuing a BSc in Psychology and a BA in Linguistics at the University of Toronto Scarborough. My background includes strong communication and customer service skills developed as a Registrar’s Office Ambassador. I excel in teamwork and collaboration, demonstrated through my roles at Fairview Lodge and as an Administrative Assistant Volunteer, where I worked effectively with teams to support residents and manage tasks. My technical proficiency includes advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, alongside intermediate experience in statistical analysis and data entry. I have successfully applied problem-solving and decision-making skills in various contexts, such as resolving issues at the Registrar’s Office and coordinating events at Fairview Lodge. My experience also includes managing communication and documentation tasks as an Administrative Assistant Volunteer for the Linguistics Student Association.
