The US Transformation & Campaign Manager is a regionally based change manager/influencer who is expected to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and drive the culture and communication strategy and associated campaigns across the US Trial Monitoring Organization. The USTMO TCM will refine internal communication to inspire employee engagement, ensure alignment with organization vision and values, and drive consistent messaging through all current and future channels.
