As a Customer Care Representative I am the point of contact for our clients. I handle anything and everything from warranty issues to resolving a complaint with a store experience to correcting problems upon delivery. I am able to communicate with our vendors and executives to ensure our clients receive the very best care. It is our team's responsibility to not only correct but to make better the experience our clients have with Rothman Furniture and Mattress. As an Online Sales Specialist I handle assisting clients with all online orders by providing them with product knowledge, assistance with order placement and providing shipping information. As an Online Sales Specialist I handle assisting clients with all online orders by providing them with product knowledge, assistance with order placement and providing shipping information. I was able to correspond with our clients via chat, email, or phone.When preparing to launch Rothman's new website back in the fall of 2011 there were many different tasks at hand. First, we started with data entry to upload all of the product information. The product information was entered into Excel which was uploaded to the website. I proof read the online copy, checked dimensions and finishes, vendor information, pricing and current availability of the product. Once the website was launched, I was able to work with clients to place their sales online. I also managed online promotion to coincide with our retail stores. Weekly reports were ran and checked to ensure that only our current merchandise was promoted on the website.

As a Commissioned Sales Consultant my top priority was to listen to my client to find out their needs and to then provide them with a product to fit their needs. I used product knowledge, design experience and a genuine personality to provide my clients with the best experience. (multiple months of top sales acknowledgments/top ranking sales within the store and company)

My position was to process refinances for the Corporate Relocation Division of CitiMortgage. The steps of processing included ordering an appraisal and title work, providing the client with legal documentation that needed to obtain a signature, processing financial/personal information to the Underwriter for review, obtaining additional information requested by the Underwriter, and coordinating the closing with a title company. This required much attention to detail, time management and organization as well as client relations.

This would begin by assisting our client with selecting a wardrobe, working with them during their fittings, and accessorizing to complete the outfit. The Limited provided me with extensive sales training and relationship building. Our team and store were responsible for maintaining sales (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly) and exceeding the previous years' sales.
