Profile bio

About Danielle Booth, Mba

As a graduate of Rutgers University New Brunswick, I have obtained my Bachelor of Science in Public Health. I have had exposure to numerous positions within the health field, including a shadowing opportunity in Pediatric Oncology at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey, a Communications Internship at Rabin Martin and a Clinical Research background as a Clinical Trial Associate for over four years at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Novo Nordisk. Under my current role, Contract Specialist, I am tasked with negotiating clinical trial budgets through full contract execution and implementation of amendments as needed. Through my experiences I have been able to gain insight into the roles and responsibilities of the physician in the clinical setting, as well as gain project management skills in a more administrative setting. In the communications setting, I've gained experience in project management by supporting a major pharma company in various tasks such as creation of presentations, research gathering, and updates of social media focusing on a maternal and child health program. In clinical research, I've assisted with administrative tasks for numerous on-going trials that include TMF updates, support with budget and accounting information, and upkeep of reporting systems and internal trackers. Colleagues would define me as a self-starter that is motivated and works diligently. Many have recognized that I am competent and able to learn new skills quickly. I am a team-player and like to consider all ideas and possibilities before making a decision. Currently, I am enrolled in an MBA program and looking forward to learning new information that will help me continue to grow in my career.I am always interested in learning of potential opportunities and speaking with new people, so please feel free to contact me.
