The International School of Los Angeles is a fully bilingual preschool-12th grade French immersion school with two globally recognized high school curricula. As the Marketing & Outreach Coordinator, I handled community outreach and worked closely with Admissions & Advancement to bring in new students to our French Immersion preschool-8th grade track and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in grades 9-12. Additionally, I handled enrollment and oversaw our Mini Club for children ages 0-3 and their parents.

Develop & write comprehensive elementary learning plans for EdTech companies aligned to EnglishLanguage Arts Common Core Standards & Next Generation Science Standards. Collaborate remotely with owner & editors to ensure lesson materials meet client expectations.Select Accomplishments:- Invited to work as a freelance Curriculum Designer after successfully completing Beyond the Classroom course for transitioning educators.- Selected to design Science lessons for launch of new EdTech company after successfully exceeding expectations for English Language Arts learning plans.

Led English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for French national students in grades 6-10. Built relationships & fostered language growth by emphasizing discussions, presentations, & a variety of writing genres. Analyzed data to refocus & direct scope & sequence of curricula. Researched & curated textbooks & novels. Guided Debate team and Model United Nations in argument formulation & presentation methods. Select Accomplishments: - Achieved improvements in language core competency skills for at or above 80% of students, resulting in students transitioning to mainstream English classes after one school year.- Deemed a “highly effective” coach after leading middle school Debate team to top 10 placement overall in debate championship, with individual speakers placing amongst top 5 in middle school league.

- Organized and facilitated a 1st grade student-led book club, including novel selection, role design, and assignments- Developed a culture camp emphasizing students’ cultural backgrounds with activities focusing on geography, international cooking, and country-inspired music and art projects - Managed virtual classes, developed hands-on learning experiences to improve concept understanding, and established rules and procedures promoting social emotional growth, empathy, and accountability

Instructed three sections of 6th grade English Language Arts for up to 75 Brazilian nationals. Collaborated with administration & English team to design learning targets for US grade level performance. Assessed & analyzed data to guide curricula creation & implementation with an inquiry based focus. Selected as a contributor for the 2020 Beit Yaacov Magazine on technology integration in the classroom.Select Accomplishments: - Launched inaugural student-made film festival promoting cultural exploration, integration of cooking knowledge, video editing, & presentation skills into core curriculum.- Collaborated with subject teachers to differentiate instructional planning to support students with a wide range of academic & non-academic needs. Instructed up to 70 Chinese national ESL students in 5th & 6th grades. Designed and implemented engaging project-based lessons for up to 21 lessons per week. Managed, observed, & coached up to 40 educators in Bilingual Department. Mentored & provided feedback to educators on both instructional strategies & acclimating to life in a foreign country. Co-taught core subject English immersion classes for up to 800 Spanish nationals in grade 1-6 alongside Spanish public school educators. Collaborated with head of English department to develop community service opportunities. Led after school tutoring sessions to improve performance of English Language Learners (ELLs).Select Accomplishments: - Achieved 100% pass rate for Trinity College & Cambridge University communicative & integrated language skills exams by leading prep sessions & differentiating resources & instruction for ELLs.- Selected to develop & stage dance performances & art instruction for school-wide cultural festivals & community events.

Co-taught up to 30 lessons per week for up to 1,000 South Korean nationals in grades 1-6. Implementedcurriculum emphasizing conversational English development. Led after school literacy program. Participated in school-wide English immersion activities & field days. Designed bi-yearly intensive language camps for ELLs.Select Accomplishments:- Selected as a top Native English Teacher in Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education & invited to Dokdo Island to learn about the cultural relevance to South Korea.- Invited to host weekly morning broadcasts to educate student body about newsworthy world topics.

- Assisted in pitching and securing TV Guide Network’s The Fashion Team, Joan and Melissa Rivers, and Lisa Rinna for fashion angles during Awards Season - Responsible for maintaining client coverage for wrap-up reports and compiling target media lists for clients such as TV Guide Network, Reunion.com, and Beyond Marketing- Managed the Article Display Artist
