Responsible for cleaning the offices, canteen and lobby of a datacenter in Dublin.

Responsible for cleaning rooms and public areas, assistance to guests, help with other activities needed, including other areas of the hotel.

I worked for 2 years and 8 months at this small hotel in Brazil, in the reservation department. I was responsible for serving national and international customers by phone and email, sending quotes, availability management, system reservation insertion, website maintenance and marketing publications, among other activities. Constant use of English for communication with international clients.
