* Managed the rollout of the Application Assessment and Processing System to Vietnam, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia offices to support the automation of loan and credit card applications.* Planned and managed the implementation of the Lending System in South Korea, China, Taiwan, Philippines, and Indonesia. This involved migrating data from their legacy systems and integrating the lending system with other IT systems running in these countries.* Provided consultancy support for PingAn Bank in setting up their new banking system and guided business users to plan and prepare for the migration and conversion of data from their legacy systems.* Managed the implementation of the Credit Approval and Relationship Management system in Hong Kong office.* Led the production support team to ensure the smooth running of core banking systems and credit approval systems in the Asia Pacific region. Making sure all incidents were addressed and resolved effectively.
