Current- Complete bi-weekly payroll process for entire 300+ employee workforce, including those on FMLA and Leaves of Absence. Process requires major attention to detail and utilizes numerous HRIS platforms including; Novatime, Ultipro ESS, Business Intelligence and ACH banking sites.- New systems and processes for Payroll Administration were developed and implemented during first year of employment.- Administer benefits through carrier portals for entire eligible workforce including Medical, Dental, Vision, Telemedicine and Life Insurance.- Communicate directly with employees for obtaining new enrollment benefits, providing education and insight for all individuals and families.- Monitor ongoing auditing of medical benefits to ensure on-time enrollment and consistent payment to carriers.- Began employee Mental Health Resource Group for the benefit of employee well being during their time employed with Credit Union One.
