After joining Cintas in 1990 as plant manager in Columbus, Ohio, was promoted to General Manager of the same operation in 1994. As GM, increased and maintained sales growth from less than 1% to double digit growth within 1 year while maintaining one of the highest profit margins at Cintas. The Columbus location also remained a top ranked location in the region as measured by a variety of operational and sales KPIs. Promoted to Assistant Group Vice President (Northeast Group) in 2002 and Group Vice President in 2003.
