Lead Product Manager
Led a new product space at the organization, legal and compliance. Compliance was core to the product offerings and the value we delivered to customers. Established a clear product vision & strategy, a comprehensive quarterly legal and compliance prioritized roadmap and review, and deliverable milestones. Instituted a new "hub and spoke" rules engine that allowed the organization to scale compliance. Built as a micro-service that could be integrated into through APIs by various areas of the platform. Implemented infrastructure both for rules and document use cases. Allowed fully automating end-to-end various workflows that cost the organization thousands of hours in labor. This set the foundation for an improved customer experience by guiding the user to a compliant action up front versus reactively. Senior Product Manager
Instituted DriverReach’s first product management program. This new feature increased average subscription revenue by $300 MRR per customer and was directly attributable to keeping customer churnbelow 1%.To work on lowering customer acquisition cost, led the efforts to change the growth model from a sales-driven growth modelto a product-led growth model.

Launched a new product for Affordable Care Act compliance, ACAAdvantage, achieving first year revenues of $1.2M. The product was launched in 2015 when the IRS was still finalizing the regulations.
