Collaborated with marketing executives from Netflix, Amazon, HBO and 20th Century Fox on the formulation and execution of digital marketing strategies — helping them navigate the complexities of deploying digital and social media campaigns for emerging and established entertainment franchises. Managed engineering leads and leveraged on-site and remote contractors to scale resources to minimize burn rates and maximize output as project needs ebbed and flowed. Drove project margins and reduced development costs through new architectural processes that maximized the extensibility and reuse of code between projects.

Oversaw product, creative and development for the flagship sites Disney.com, DisneyJunior.com, and Disney Studios theatrical release sites. Built and led the team responsible for the first complete platform reboot of Disney.com in its 14 year existence.

Built cross-functional team from scratch. 25+ person team included Product Managers, UX Designers, Visual Designers, Developers and Artists to completely rethink and re-launch Disney.com as a mobile first platform. Designed the organization responsible for operating the new Disney.com, resulting in greater operational efficiency and enabling Disney Interactive's first profitable year with $116M in profit. Drove and managed executive buy-in from across the company during all stages of project. Pioneered Responsive Web Design methods and practices and Isomorphic web development practices.

Monetized the experience through the sale of digital downloads and personalized gifts.Oversaw and launched the massively popular Starring You! and JibJab Sendables eCards product lines, serving 3 million monthly visitors.
