As a Senior Software Engineer, I was tasked with crafting new features for the company's XenApp and XenDesktop server application. Significant accomplishments include:• Completed multiple research and investigative projects, which enabled the implementation of new features, including a feature which had been on hold for over two years due to lack of knowledge from previous teams.• Played a key role in prototyping new product features, and eventually productizing the feature into the company's extensive product line.

As a Senior Software Engineer for the iOS version of the Citrix Receiver app, I was tasked with the design and deployment of new features, along with the maintenance of Jenkins build server. Significant accomplishments include:• Expanded the number of users from 400K to more than 1.2M.• Raised the overall product quality score from 1.5 stars to 4.7 in the iOS App Store.• Credited with the design of build pipeline for the Receiver for iOS product.• Led the development and implementation of new functionalities into the Receiver application, together with the elimination of bugs, and improvement of product performance and quality.

In this role, I was tasked with the technical development of stress test framework, tools, and infrastructure. In addition, I also carried out troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of bugs and issues during the stress test phase. Significant accomplishments include:• Recognized for outstanding work in creating a test tool, which later served as the basis for a new state machine that was eventually incorporated into more recent versions of the VDA in the XenDesktop product.• Instrumental in reporting and addressing numerous bugs in collaboration with the developer team.• Designated as a quality gate for the VDA product in charge of ensuring the delivery of the highest possible quality product to customers.• Transformed a product that was previously unable to accept more than five connections without issues, into one that is capable of accepting over 12K connections without encountering any problems.

As a Software Maintenance Engineer, I analyzed application crash dumps and traces to determine and address complicated issues, and formulate recommendations for code modifications to address quality-related issues.

As an Escalation Engineer, I worked with multiple engineering teams to address a wide range of customer-reported issues. In addition, I also provided first-line analysis of network traces, debug files, and reproduction of technical incidents.
