As a Client Technology Manager (CTM) at Treysta, I manage the delivery of an array of technology services to over 20 accounts in industries varying from medical to commercial. As Phi Mu Delta Mu Xi's Vice President, I performed all of the duties of the President in his absence. I ensured all membership related paperwork was handled-in complete and on-time. I served as the chair of the Chapters' Judicial Board and organized and executed the annual Brotherhood Retreat.

I diagnosed issues based on related questions and troubleshooting steps; I also implemented and guided individuals through a problem-solving process to resolve a given problem. I collaborated with co-works to solve complex issues and document all actions and resolutions through a formal process.
