I commenced as Senior Consultant with Command Recruitment in January 2007 and was promoted to Recruitment Manager in August 2007. This involves acting as a 2ic to the Owner, and leading a team of four staff (at the highest point). Command recruits predominantly for professional Engineers and related project and support staff within the Mining, Buildings, Water and Oil & Gas industries.

I began with TSAEP as a Recruitment Consultant in their Business Liaison team after graduating university in 2003. I was promoted to Senior Consultant (2ic to the Branch Manager) in May 2006, responsible for the management, supervision and deployment of 10 staff. I was amongst the youngest Senior Consultants ever promoted within TSAEP history. TSAEP operate under a federal contract with the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations to provide recruitment services to businesses, and to assist unemployed people with finding sustainable employment. Main industry sectors were general labour, semi-skilled trades, trades and business support services.
