Daniel Valdez has been an Inspector for Terra-Petra since September 2005. He is trained in all aspects of inspection work and on all code requirements for the various governing agencies in Los Angeles and Orange County. He is trained in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, completed certification training to become an approved CETCO inspector, received Certificate of Completion from Sierra Monitor Corporation for Gas Detection Training Course, and completed Los Angeles Refinery Safety Overview Training and site specific training courses for Valero and Tesoro Refineries. As Inspector Supervisor, his duties include coordinating and handling all field inspections with project general contractors as well as attending project/site conferences. Additionally, Daniel assists with plan design and plan submittal. He has trained most of the inspectors at Terra-Petra and has been sent out of state on several occasions to consult and train agencies on how to conduct Methane Mitigation Inspections. Daniel has initiated and maintained many working relationships with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel and actively contributes to Terra-Petra's reputation as a quality and knowledgeable consulting firm.
