Responsible for the leadership of 3 tribes of the company. I helped the teams in the design of new solutions that bring technical improvements and for M4U's products. Responsible for leading a chapter with several architects. I worked in the creation of new solutions, from definition to implementation. Participated in the project to create the Digital Account of a major player in the delivery business in the country, enabling its transactions with its own credit/debit card. I worked on the definition of a new API authentication solution to replace AWS Cognito. I participated in the definition of the Disaster Recover structure to comply with the regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil. I participated in the new design for applications that resulted in a reduction of almost 30% in Cloud costs. When necessary, I supported the Business team with customers to make the business viable.

Responsible for the implementation of the Elo and Discover banners for the company. Integrating the entire authorization and settlement system. Project developed and implemented for Samsung Pay and Android Pay through the Visa VTS tool. I also implemented the EMV validation flow for the Visa brand, making EMV Fullgrade the 3 main players (Visa, Mastercard and Elo). I worked on a solution for HSM consumption that reduced the average consumption from 80% to less than 10% of the HSM in the production environment, reducing costs and bringing more expansion capacity to the company without having to invest in new HSMs.
