Projects range from small gas stations to 20-acre sites with multiple contaminants deep below the surface. Perform Phase I and Phase II environmental investigations, Remedial Action Plans and cleanups.ENVIRONMENTAL LAW, REGULATION AND POLICY. Advise local government agencies about the effects of environmental regulations. ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Project Manager for four complex long-term cleanups in the State of New Jersey under Superfund (CERCLA). Complexities included chlorinated solvent spills in rock fractures, perchlorate contamination and, pesticide contamination of a wildlife refuge. ENVIRONMENTAL LAW AND REGULATION. Oversaw investigation and cleanup performed by private responsible parties. Largest cleanup had a budget of $40,000,000. Ensured cleanups complied with other laws including the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, The Endangered Species Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.CONTRACT MANAGEMENT. Selected and managed environmental consultants; COMMUNICATION. Presented information and analysis to senior management, elected officials and the general public.

INVESTIGATION AND REMEDIATION OF PETROLEUM SPILLS. Supervised the investigation and removal of 200 leaking underground tanks, the installation of new tanks and the installation of approximately 25 remedial systems.ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION. Environmental regulator responsible for a consent order involving over 500 underground storage tank sites. Enforced state environmental laws. POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION.
