Projects range from small gas stations to 20-acre sites with multiple contaminants deep below the surface. Perform Phase I and Phase II environmental investigations, Remedial Action Plans and cleanups.ENVIRONMENTAL LAW, REGULATION AND POLICY. ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Project Manager for four complex long-term cleanups in the State of New Jersey under Superfund (CERCLA). Complexities included chlorinated solvent spills in rock fractures, perchlorate contamination and, pesticide contamination of a wildlife refuge. ENVIRONMENTAL LAW AND REGULATION. Oversaw investigation and cleanup performed by private responsible parties. Largest cleanup had a budget of $40,000,000. Ensured cleanups complied with other laws including the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, The Endangered Species Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.CONTRACT MANAGEMENT. INVESTIGATION AND REMEDIATION OF PETROLEUM SPILLS. Supervised the investigation and removal of 200 leaking underground tanks, the installation of new tanks and the installation of approximately 25 remedial systems.ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION.
