Evaluate trends in monthly gas usage.-Provide information for and initiate proper reporting procedures per on-site policies including, but not limited to: Quality Incident Reports, product acceptance, tank fill, inventory and material usage, monitoring, safety parameters, and personnel requirements.-Assist in the identification and resolution of gas related semiconductor-manufacturing problems.-Coordinate/oversee shift technician activities.-Emergency Response Team member/leader.-Issues Hazardous Work Permits.-Acts as primary customer shift interface.-Facilitate all customer and Air Products programs including, but not limited to: Safety, Training, Operations and Preventive Maintenance.-Train MEGASYS Tech Level I, II, III employees.-Develop and maintain applicable site-specific work instructions.-Comply with all applicable EH&S Standards including, but not limited to: PPE, Forklift Operations, Lock Out/Tag Out Program, Confined Space Entry, etc.-Supervise on-site operations in absence of Manager.-Generate site-specific reports and consolidate data as requested by Management.-Accountable for safety of all persons, and general public surrounding facility.
