Utilizing my decades of experience as a cyclist and fundraiser to further JDRF's mission. I had the opportunity to not only train our donors to be better cyclists, but also how to become skilled fundraisers. I lead 130 volunteer coaches nationally who each lead their own local chapter's ride efforts

During my time at Ascension Wisconsin Foundation, I had the opportunity to help donors experience the joy of Philanthropy to pair needs at the hospitals with donor interests. With their partnership, we supported the incredible work happening at Ascension hospitals in Wisconsin.

• Developed existing sales and established new business; achieving 100% growth from 2015-2021• Grew client list to over 60 active accounts with over $1M of new annual business. Clients include Fortune 500 companies to small B2B throughout the midwest.• Served as a consultant to marketing professionals, managing all aspects of their print buying experience, from paper selection to production efficiencies; maximizing impact

• Facilitated over 1.5 Million dollars worth of print projects through production on a yearly basis by communicating progress with clients, ordering materials, trouble-shooting when needed, and coordinating outsourcing of finishing work on hundreds of projects yearly with outside vendors• Initiated, designed, and implemented digital outside purchase order forms to streamline outsourcing and increase company-to-vendor communication

• Established partnerships between AAF Fox River and event sponsors • Cultivated membership and local brand awareness• ADDY awards planning chair

• Designed over 500 custom log book forms while adhering to strict government guidelines Utilized QuarkXpress, and Illustrator to ensure a high level of accuracy on scanned logs• Collaborated with management to revamp operating procedures for greater production output, eliminated 25% of chargeable activity codes• Assisted with diagnosis and problem solving in the press area, and trained new associates on several pieces of press equipment
