Mostly provide proposal support for the entire KOA family, but may include other marketing-related duties, such as working the company booth at conferences.

Provided temporary administrative support to the Environmental Compliance and Regulatory Affairs division, which included the air quality, water quality, and biosolids groups.The biggest recurring project for the division was to produce the NPDES permit application (a 5-year cycle). NPDES is a federal and regional program that regulates the discharge of waste water into the ocean. I helped review, edit, and publish the full submittal (available in multiple .pdf documents on the website) in preparation of it being submitted.Additional duties included preparing expense and travel reports, booking travel and meetings, purchasing office supplies, reorganizing the division library, helping employees pack during a move between buildings, filling in for the permanent administrative assistants as needed, reviewing miscellaneous documents, and assisting with the preparation of the annual budget.
